WOD: The WOD (workout of the day) will be done in a group setting with coaches leading the warm up and giving instruction in the movements. All beginners must start in these classes.

Kettlebell: Kettlebell (KB) classes run 30 minutes in length and are a great way to develop strength endurance, flexibility and a strong core. These classes are open to non CFR members as well for. If you are interested in training with kettlebell email  brandon.chapin@crossfitreaction.com
