Our goal at CrossFit Reaction is to be more than just a fitness program but a community where people from all walks of like can come and work hard, train smarter, live better and strive for better athletic performance.

Getting Started

We have 3 easy options for getting started at CrossFit Reaction. You can either:

1.    Come in and watch a class. Watch a CrossFit workout (WOD), ask questions, and meet the trainers and members.

2.    Try a class. We offer free classes for prospective members on Saturdays at 9 am. Please show up 15 minutes early to learn a little bit about that day’s workout.

or

3.    Sign up for a CrossFit Reaction Orientation. The CrossFit Reaction Orientation is a FREE 1 on 1 session with a trainer. This orientation is mandatory for new CrossFit members. Upon completion of the orientation, you and your trainer may discuss goals and monitor progress.

The CrossFit Reaction Orientation includes:

·      An introduction to our gym where you learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit. It is important that members understand and perform the movements properly in preparation for the group classes.

·      Named workouts.

·      A basic knowledge of how CrossFit works to help improve and achieve your fitness goals!
